This is a study of a detail of a bird of paradise bloom in a garden setting. It measures 12.611 in (32.03 cm) x 16.583 in (42.12 cm). The large blooms are awash with bright shades of orange, yellow and bright fuchsia against a background of lush foliage of many shades of green.
